My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms had a lovely view of Trump Tower and were equipped with all the requested features, excellent amenities, and comfortable queen beds. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, valet parking, and even a welcome drink. The location couldn't have been better, just off of Michigan Avenue on a quiet street yet very close to everything. The dining experience, especially the marmalade, exceeded my expectations. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.
