My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were impeccable with a lovely view of Trump Tower. The service was exceptional with every request promptly taken care of. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, valet parking, and even a welcome drink. The location couldn't have been better, just off of Michigan Avenue on a quiet street yet very close to everything. The dining experience, especially the marmalade, exceeded my expectations. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from both the Gold Coast & Old Town areas. The rooms were modern and spacious, offering a touch of luxury. The service was top-notch with friendly staff always ready to assist. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the price could be a little steep for some travelers.
